Peoplefirst Rehabilitation Awards

In an effort to develop a new independent employee culture for Peoplefirst Rehab, the awards program was born. These pieces kicked off the Peoplefirst Rehab employee recognition program. 

We needed to introduce the employees to three different awards and provide them with a way to nominate their coworkers. 

Most importantly, we needed to get them motivated to make those nominations, especially since most employees worked in a rehab gym, did not have access to company email and remained generally inaccessible digitally on a daily basis.

 We engaged them with characters, bright colors that would stand out in their workplaces, and concise messaging so they would take a moment to recognize the value of the work that they and their coworkers do. We also engineered systems whereby the directors out in the field could easily order customized materials such as plaques, posters and certificates.
